Lucas, aka WHO, is born in Clamart apart from Paris in 1987, from a physiotherapist Mother of Spanish descent and a french musician father born in Algeria with corsican origine. He started raving at the age of 17 years old and discovered artists like Jeff mills, Mathew Johnson, Green Velvet, Laurent Garnier at the Automatik party at the Rex Club in Paris. Then he start digging (in his favorite vinyl store “bassline”) and play records at home.
After few years, he decides to make the SAE – Electronic music Producer in Paris to produce his own groove. Then he find love and went to London and he didn’t had enough of learning about music so he went to LSS – London School of sound where he stayed for 2 years producing and mixing in one of the best studio in London.
In 2010, He went back in Paris and start playing b2b and producing music with his close friend. After all this time learning, practicing, digging, playing it was the time for them to go to ibiza. At the age of 25 lucas finally discover Ibiza!
Together they discovered Ibiza and start playing in loads of after-parties and party.
 
Eliott James Shaw, Circoloco’ ex-booker at DC10 discover them asking « Who are they ? »… and eventually gave birth to the Artist name « Who ».
 
Victor and Louca started rocking Ibiza under this new name for 2 years… and in 2015, due to personal reasons, they decided to split the duo. Lucas kept the name Who and stayed in Ibiza to continue its Artist and DJ life, when Victor went back to Paris. 
 
The new « Who » then began a residency at Amnesia, for Loco Dice’s Hyte new party. This was an occasion to play alongside some of the best Artists in the world such as Loco Dice, Tobi Newmann, Kenny Dope… and get to a next level. He then also played at Rumors, People like us, Zoo project events… The following year, he became also a resident at Blue Marlin’s Pop You parties, organized by Elliott, and played alongside some of his favorite artists : Marshall Jefferson, Dj Pierre, Luke Solomon…
 
Always pushing the boundaries, Who finally decides to launch Get Your Copy Records in 2017… an electronic music label deeply inspired from house and techno beats from the 80s and the 90s, and particularly from the iconic Detroit and Chicago electronic music scenes.
